• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Transmitting malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Engaging in unauthorized access or data scraping

6. ESG Reporting and AI Features

Lunti provides AI-powered ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting features. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated reports should be reviewed and verified by qualified professionals. We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of AI-generated content.

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Lunti or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if Lunti or a Lunti authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
